One big caveat.
If Yoriichi is born in the current era, Tanjiro's family doesn't die as Muzan won't seek them out as they wouldn't be custodians of sun breathing through the dance.

I think Akaza and Douma would beat kokushibo fairly easily as the only reason kokushibo appears insanely overpowered in the Anime is because he had centuries of practice refining his breathing technique but in this alternative timeline Akaza and Douma are much older and have tons of more experience of being a demon and are probably lots stronger than newly demonized kokushibo.

Kokushibo was honestly so dope how he was a marked+see through world+beyond hashira demon slayer+mega knowledgable demon with a 1 of 1 breathing style. Here is my take, I think that this would be the strongest generation of demon slayers because in the Sengoku Era when Yoriichi was born that was considered the golden age of demon slaying as they unlocked breathing styles to enhance power which the demons did not expect and they also had all their marks in the Sengoku Era and if you carry all of this over to the Taisho Era then not only would the demons not expect the amplified power of breathing styles they would also have more Hashira’s in the fight against Muzan since Rengoku and Shinobu would activate there mark against Akaza and Douma respectively, holding them off until either sunrise or until other demon slayers with marks come to back them up also perhaps Akaza would die against Rengoku because assuming Yoriichi taught everyone about the marks and breathing styles then Tanjirou, Inosuke and Zenitsu would all be able to back Rengoku up and later on Kanao and Inosuke with Shinobu against Douma and since Akaza is or should be dead then they would also have Tanjirou and Giyuu against the fight with Douma or Kokushibo (assuming he became a demon and rose the ranks that fast) and if Akaza miraculously did not die then maybe Yoriichi would be able to help Tanjirou and Giyuu against Akaza leaving more slayers and Hashira alive for the fight against Muzan

Its a cool concept, but it has so many plot holes; for example, if yorichi was born in current era, there will be no breathing styles exept the one that inosuke has. He learned it himself without knowing about breathing styles. If someone from the corps saw inosuke using a breathing style, he will probably want to use this too, so inosuke will tell abt it other slayer and they will prob develop their own breathings

Tanjiro's family would not die, as the only reason Muzan attacked his family was because of their heritage of the earings, and sun breathing.

Tanjiro's father does not know about the dance because Yoriichi showed Sumiyoshi the dance. It was passed down by the family but now its not because the chain never started. Its not 100% sure that Tanjuro and Yoriichi would even make friends nor he would see his dance, so tanjiro wouldnt have any opportunity to learn sun because he doesnt even know about it.

Tanjiro wouldn't exist because sumiyoshi was being attacked by demons and Yoriichi was the one who helped them soooo, technically speaking, the whole story wouldn't exist if Yoriichi was born in the era they were in since sumiyoshi would be dead and the descendants wouldn't survive
