I have an atwood that won't turn on you have been the best video to start my trouble shooting. There is a million sail switch videos. Very hard to find is one like yours. What would be nice is a good video on how to test your circuit board

First thing for the furnace that you mentioned was the fuse. I went and checked it and it had blown. Changed it, furnace is working. Thank you. 😅. Marilynn

Wow I'm really cold. Just watched your video and I'm going to try and get my Atwood furnace going. Sure hope it happens before I freeze.

My fan is not coming on and I hear no clicks but my AC works could it be my thermostat

Definitely helpful videos! Ended up getting a new furnace with the issues I was having, think it was the blower bc not even jumping blues did anything. Either way got new one in but now I’m not sure if it’s the thermostat or the control board in the ac. Do you have a vid diagnosing that? Whether I have the thermostat off or on and I jump the blue wires, it will fire up now.

I have a regular household Honeywell thermostat I could try, just not sure about the wiring difference.

There are 2 relays in the control board. One single throw relay is for the fan. The other is a double throw for the gas and ignition which are energized at same time. Relays and switches are the least reliable components. If you have a bad controller board, you can buy a new relay for few bucks and solder it in.

Hi
Thank for that video . I have same issue with mine all of a sudden. What I see when I turn the breaker switch on and of is a red flashing light on the control board nest to the blower . But the blower wont turn on. Any idea?

For any of you that could use this Atwood Training manual, here is the link. It has the schematics of different models, part numbers, troubleshooting info etc.

Do you know what would cause the furnace fuse to blow as soon as it tries to start?

How common are thermostat wiring errors or failures? Ours never turns off for heat or air

A lot of people have had issues with the Furrion 12 volt fridges. Some rocket scientist in the engineering department wanted to use a 15 amp fast blow fuse ( yep, the old glass fuses) which worked until the battery voltage dropped when dry camping. A regular 15 amp blade type automotive fuse fixes that, but that’s not what you want to be dealing with when camping. Have you run into that issue yet. I know Jayco uses a lot of Furrion appliances. I think maybe the factory corrected that blunder in 2022 or 2023….

I'm a novice when it comes to using volt meter and would have appreciated a heads up on what setting for the volt meter and where you place the volt meter ends on the switch. Now I have to do more searching.

Mine is driving me crazy. The motor wont come on at all, I tested the motor by hooking up a battery direct and it's good. Fuse to furnace is good, bypassed thermostat by connecting red and white, reset the breaker, still nothing. Control board does have a light that isnt on and it says green=power, but everything I've watched shows that light only coming on as a diagnostic. So is it not normally on? Has me confused, it's a Dinosaur brand board so I'm guessing it has been replaced before so maybe the light functions differently? Green for normal and red or something else for a fault? The print on the board seems to say something like that (not at the unit right now to tell exactly what it says). Does the board even have anything to do with the motor starting? Also, my AC and furnace are on different circuits/separate thermostats.
