Schwab usually does very good minimizing non-Treasury interest in those treasury funds, but you should always check the report on what percentage is Treasury before filing your taxes. Don't just assume 100% - it never is, but it may (probably will) be close enough. No guarantees!

What if you have SWVXX in a Roth IRA, wouldn’t it be tax free if you live in CA or NY?
