I invest with Schwab SWPPX : Low Expense Ratio .02 : dividend yield 1.54% ; Low Turnover ratio 2%. I moved all my investments from Vanguard and Fidelity to Schwab.

You helped me a lot more than the Charles Schwab advisor I spoke with over the phone.
Thank You

Finally some love for Schwab index mutual funds. SWPPX has been great the past 12 years.

I have thrown everything into the S&P 500 index fund from day one re: my 401k. As to Schwab; I put all of my non-401k $ into the 5th fund this Gent recommends. Basically, the "All U.S. Stock Index Fund". Love it... Noting, I'm knocking on the door of age 60, so all stock is dicey. I get it. However, I already have a pension re: retiring from the FDIC 3 years ago, and I make solid $ working as CFO for a Credit Union. So, eh, I'm fine with the ups and downs of the market.

So it finally clicked for me 😊🎉 I understand how this works, I have my Charles Schwab account so now I know how to better navigate what I want to invest in. Already put these on my watchlist!

For years I struggled with outstanding debts, bills and my children's school fees. I was at a point where I wanted to give up. I came across every YouTube channel about how to make and multiply your income through passive income. Fortunately, I had saved some money and decided to start an investment, Now I have bought my second house already, earn on a monthly through passive income and got 4 out of 5 goals, just hope it encourages someone that doesn’t believe in investing..

Over the last 10 years $10000 invested in SWVXX is worth more than $10000 in SWAGX. That’s a money market fund beating the bond fund. Bonds are so garbage.

Very good video but I have a question, if I choose to reinvest the dividends and capital, would this mean that I would not pay taxes until I want to leave the index? Or how often are they paid and declared? thank you

Thank you, so much!!! So, can I choose to invest in all 5 or should I pick only one or just a few of the 5 you recommend. I currently have an account with Schwab in a Self-directed Roth. I have a few individual stock holdings. I'm now ready to expand into a "forever" longterm horizon investment vehicle.

Wonderful explanation of the funds. Easy to understand. Schwab is my broker so now I can adjust my portfolio performance

Hey Tae. Which brokerage makes it VERY easy to automate monthly investments without having to remember and going on the site to activate the monthly contribution? Thank you Tae!

Might put by bonds in SWAGX just for the swag if you get what I’m saying.

What SCHWAB ETFS do you recommend for a TRADITIONAL IRA account?

You keep saying to "manage", wouldnt it be more accurate to say to passively track the index automatically?

You recommend the Schwab International Index Fund (SWISFX) but I understand that is a mutual fund. What about their International ETF (SCHF)?

These five funds should be held in what percentage? Equal percentage, 20% each or should some be more?
