Real Madrid probably next season. He'd suit the young squad and the types of Players they're recruiting. But in the meantime could end up in the Premier league after manager changes next season.

Chelsea will be lose lose, they spent silly money on prospects but will expect to be challenging, next season the new manager will get them closer to the top and when he's inevitably sacked, Nagelsmann could take the job with the players and young squad a year older and more settled.

Nottingham forest could be a good job if Cooper is sacked for a promising manager too, they'll have a year more experience and more settled with a few gems, add 3 signings and they could be top half next season, Potter, Rodgers, Hassenhuttl, Hutter, Martino would be great options and potentially attainable.
