Scales was man of the match today for me, everything started with him..our midfield is stacked with quality, we need a left back and a striker to get the competion for these spots. Imperious start to season, we looked like champions all over that team today 💚🍀

Interestingly regarding Kuhn, when he was subbed off he took off what looked like a lumbar support. I wonder if he's still not 100% but had enough in him for an hour. If so, he's only going to get better. Great performance all round from all the players!

We looked great today, but we still need AT LEAST 3 more players in. We need a striker (if Norwich don’t want let Idah go then go get Miovski or Shankland) and center half (go get Scott McKenna on a free transfer), and a left back (Josh Doig?). Would like a couple more if possible and we need to unload quite a few on both loans and permanent deals.

Nice start from Celtic followed on from pre-season performances, key players in particular Kyogo looking good, yes a weaker killie defense (10 behind the ball 😂) still impressive. Doesn't change the fact we haven't spent and simply still need an upgrade on scales, taylor and a striker with injuries at any time, the CL and a long season. Thanks Hamish and Stevie always an enjoyable watch HH 💚

Great to be back in paradise. Celtic played some excellent stuff, every player played their part. Need to get a couple of players in to strengthen for Europe but looking good for the league. Great video guys 🍀👍🍀

Pleasantly surprised by how well we played today, thought Kilmarnock would've given us a tougher game than that.

If Rodgers can finally get a tune out of Kuhn, Hatate & Palma AND is allowed to bring in 3-4 quality We could be on to something!

I am loving the football the Hoops are serving up, really encouraging for the coming season. I agree about the officials, I can only think of A J being lucky to escape a booking for us, but how Donnelly avoided two yellow cards escapes me . That is one of many . Stonewall pen. for the challenge on Kyogo . Interesting that Rodgers kept the team as strong as was available for full 90 plus minutes . Hail Hail 🍀🍀

Great all round team performance today.
It’s a great football cliche to say the next game is the most important game. For our recruitment policy this is not the case.
I strongly feel Celtic should be investing strongly in the team in this transfer window for not just this season but next season too.
Next year we won’t have the luxury of automatic qualification for the CL and need to have a strong squad by this time next year.

Scales showed huge improvement today, he was getting the better of Vassel in the physical battles, he was releasing the ball much faster and much more direct throughout the game and obviously scored a great header, almost got another with his determination in the box, he was MOTM for me

Just listened until the end where Stevie was talking about celtic park being a fortress the fans are the teams 12th man if they dont stay and cheer till the end the it a wendy house not a fortress

I think if scales had a better left back next to him he could go on to become a top defender for us he started a lot of the attacks with vickers playing last defender i thought he was great today
