Big Boyd already on Matchday 1 wearing the haunted expression of a rangers fan knowing full well its going to be a very long season of Celtic domination. He's making a very simple decision of a penalty sound like hes been asked to solve the Times crossword. He hasn't a bloody clue!

“Where is the keeper meant to go?”…he’s supposed to make contact with the ball you weapon….

“Where is he meant to go?” Well he’s meant to go for the ball, and if he misses the ball it’s a penalty. That should be the consequence if you go for the ball. It’s like saying where’s a defender meant to go when he tackles a player in the box and misses the ball. Embarrassing

I think we all know why it wasn't given, wev'e hardly been living with our eyes shut these last few years, yes even before VAR this has been the norm.

Kris Boyd just can't bring himself to admit it was an obvious penalty. The keeper has nowhere to go, but he also doesn't need to lunge in with his legs. If a defender did that, it would be a penalty and a red card. One game down, one more horrendous VAR decision up.

Keepers maybe on loan but he’s still entitled to his sevco benefits. I’m only surprised kyogo never got booked for simulation

But where was the keeper in the Dundee derby supposed to go? Going by Boyd’s logic then that wasn’t a foul either because the keeper was committed so where was he supposed to go?

Take it easy on Boyd, he's a bitter Hun who's arguing with himself...never interrupt your enemy when he's making a mistake. Stand back and laugh. Or cry, if you feel sorry for the afflicted.

Give Boyd the gig at every Celtic game this season ..home and away, Mr/Ms Sky Sports producers ? Watching this charlatan squirm and bluster and fluster and flounder and be totally incapable of being a neutral mouthpiece for the SS, makes that cheap, overcrowded, wee red box studio look lika a palatial suite at the Dorchester .

Kris boyd between now and may you will have to watch the Celtic and then he's mob who won't be even in the top 3 let alone top 2.

We need to stop this delusional case of as long as the refs are "consistent", consistent at what? making game changing mistakes? Fair enough Celtic won the game 4-0 so the penalty didn't really matter but in the Hearts vs Rangers game, Hearts should have won that 1-0 with the penalty being given.

Also during the Celtic vs Kilmarnock game, there were a few bad challenges done on the Celtic players and the ref did not give yellow cards, players need to be yellow carded so they don't keep committing fouls.

To me, I see it as the refs are "consistently" trying to keep rangers afloat. Not giving the Hearts penalty when it was a clear handball, its known that for many seasons rangers have been getting away with many obvious handballs in the box. Then not giving Celtic an obvious penalty.

Something needs to be done with the "consistent" errors in the refs decision making.
