When I first see La Gourmet Thermal Cooker, I totally have no idea at all. It is the first kitchen appliances that have no plug embedded. Slowly learning and discover or I so called it as a mini slow cooker.
This round, I am trying a online recipe of Cooking Pear Chicken Soup with La Gourmet Thermal Cooker.
Soup Recipe
Servings: 3~4pax
- Korean pear 450g, x1
- Goji berry 20g
- Red dates 40g
- North Almond 10g
- South Almond 10g
- 山楂 30g
- Kampung Chicken 500g, half
- Optional : Pork Ribs 排骨 or bone 🐷300g
Steps:
1. clean the chicken & pork Bone
1. Rinse chicken and pork till clear
2. Put into boiling water for 5 mins and remove top dirty foam
3. Put all ingredients in:
a. Chicken , pork, Pear
b. Red dates
4. After 10 minutes boiling
a. Add in North & South Almond
b. Goji berries
c. 10 g of San Zha
5. 15 – 20 minutes later, move it to La Gourmet Thermal Cooker
6. Leave it for at least 90 minutes.
7. To get stronger flavour go for 120 minutes onwards.
8. I have tried leave it for 8 hours the flavor is amazing.
