You cannot watch this episode on NBC.com because you can't hear it. Such a disappointment as I love to watch Liam Nelson. NBC needs to fix the volume as you can hear it perfectly on this clip.

this video sucks. they needed to show how he got shot and fell off the building. for some reason i can remember this scene, and even that his name was Sean...weird.
