It appears that they have discontinued making this type of griddle. And I was just looking for one and this seemed to be a lot better than the cheap one I own. Bummer

How is it for cooking a Ribeye or T - Bone steak ? I want something great to cook a steak and get a good crust on it without making it well done. I love to cook salmon and grill cheese as well.
