As a dyna main, I have a few suggestions. Auto aiming after using your satchel charge gadget will guarantee a two stick hit (unless they're in bushes so you can't rly auto aim) but more importantly charge half your super. If you already have a super then you should always attack, and during the delay throw your super, you can recharge your super and get even closer to your hypercharge
Dyna jump is really underrated but only for the truly dedicated players. It's not a great star power for beginners as even skilled players like pizza can't do triples/quad jumps consistently (no super btw). My friend is also a dyna main and he spent like 2hrs a day for a week so he could play dyna better. good option for fun tho

My recommanded gears for dynajump players;

Shield
Vision

With dyna jump, you rely on your main attack more than your super, so shield&damage could work well too

However if you play dyna jump like an assassin and junp on your enemies and junp back to where you came from, vidion could help
You could hit them and would nearly guarantee your assasin plan on jumping on them and hitting them
