Had a late night boat ramp incident back in June and sank my truck. This is the full story. 2004 Toyota Tundra 3.4L at Quaker Penn Ramp. Was a godsend that my buddy Alex happened to forget his cooler on the boat and he pulled back down to the ramp before leaving. Big time thank you Alex!

*Sorry for the poor audio in the clips from Jens iphone. For some reason it came out mono.

Good on you brother. Not only could that have happened to anybody but I can pretty much guarantee nobody would have done the work you did to get that truck back as well as you did. On top of that nobody would have the balls to be honest and show what actually occurred. Good stuff all the way around.

So impressed with how well you kept your cool. You could tell you were very upset in the moment, but immediately after you set out to move forward with a positive attitude. Hats off to you, man.

This is GOLD. The fact that you were able to get it going, and save your boat THE NEXT DAY. is incredible

Jenn is great! When she said “this is what it’s all about” I actually teared up a little. Most women and men for that matter would have been hysterical! But to keep cool, AND KEEP FILMING!!! Awesome!!! And boaters know, anything can happen, and nothing stops moving. Great video!

Its a big mistake to sleep on this guys channel. This channel is definitely going places.

Keep up the good work chris, and ignore the haters. i grew up in a busy florida port and have seen manuals trans vehicles slip into boat ramps that sank down 70 feet deep. the boat ramps ledge off incredibly quickly. seen this exact scenario at least 15+ times

And what somebody already mentioned I can underline that: "On top of that nobody would have the balls to be honest and show what actually occurred". So true! Thank you for all your straight honesty

I don’t know who you are but one thing I have to say you got some real ass friends homeboy. I don’t know many friends that will help you like that in real life. Keep them in your circle.

First off, love the channel. As a 27yr veteran tech your videos give me some extra motivation to get my own crap going again. Super blown away by your ambition to dry out the truck after this mess. But awesome awareness to all the details and thank the good lord for your buddy to help rescue it.

First of, the fact that you got it out of the water and on top of it, pretty much fully fixed it is unbelievable. You were like a superhero that night. Love your stuff brother. Keep up the good work.

Good for you man. Humble enough to educate the rest of us. Pulling apart some of the electronic boards dash etc wow, never mind those seats. Most guys with trucks would be filing insurance claims and sending to scrap heap after mourning their loss. A credit to you and Toyota. They should do an add from this to show how Toyota’s last and give you a new truck.

Been boating over 50 years...glad you shared your mishap...excellent video on how to drain a flooded engine & other automotive running gear...lesson for all of us...many people have had this happen to them, do not feel embarrassed...Lady luck was with you on that ramp...could have been far worse as you noted...
