Tim, thankyou as ever. I don’t know how you changed/upgraded your sound but it is now so balanced outside, ocean/environment in the background but also no mic distortion - as someone who practices with headphones in so the sounds is very ‘close’ this is really appreciated, as are the guided practices, much thanks! ❤

I cannot tell you how much I learn from you with every video I use. Today I was able to attempt Warrior 3 without the fear and judgement that usually prevents me from even attempting it. My confidence improves with every practice. Namaste!

Trying to maintain my balance on each foot proved to be difficult, but I noticed once I found a spot to focus on and raised my arms, it was much easier. Your laughing also helped me not to take myself to serious.

Today's practice made me very happy! After 9 days when I was on my toes on the down dog, I finally managed to have almost all my 🦶 on the floor 🎉 Thank you Tim for reminding me how quickly yoga improves our posture, body and soul! Excited for day 11!

The foot tripod concept is very helpful! My balance improved immediately. I also like the visualization of the final meditation--thoughts are like clouds and we are trying to stay grounded on the Earth. Clouds are beautiful things indeed, but generally we don't need to focus on them. I'm a week behind, but still with the challenge!
