Let's be real. They don't care AT ALL about noise. It's just another way to make money for all the crooked politicians. NY makes billions in revenue from it's citizens but it takes an act of Congress to fill a pothole. If tax and fine revenue was actually spent on the city the roads would be paved with 24k gold and there would still be money left in the budget. It's time to start demanding receipts.

As a Lambo owner myself. The problem was he downshifted right there. If he didn’t do that and in a higher gear the car is silent. Mine has aftermarket exhaust and is still silent unless busting out downshifts.
