I think it's time to make it more appealing for potential buyers. Real estate can be quite the rollercoaster! the stress and uncertainty are getting to me. I think I'll cut rents to attract potential buyers and exit the market, but I'm at a crossroads if to allocate the entire $680k liquidity value to my stock portfolio.

Is this a good time to buy stocks/crypto in the Europe? I know everyone is saying stocks are at a discount and all, but just how long will It take for us to recover, obviously there are strategies to manoeuvre in this present market but these strategies doesn't come common to the average folk, or am I better off putting my money elsewhere.

usa is less than 5% of world populations, china is number 1 trading partner for 130+ countries. i think grow for china is going to 5% atleast for the next decade. emerging markets is going to be the next boom, not the usa.
