This carnival barker, since leaving Franklin Templeton, has spent 100% of his time trying to convince retail investors to put their money in countries they know nothing about, whose laws, whose property rights they know nothing about, whose stock markets they know nothing about, whose legal systems they know nothing about, whose government structure they know nothing about, etc. So as of this post 3/5/2023, he has the balls to complain to Reuters that the Chinese government won't let him take his money out of the country? He then has the balls to tell the very same people he hoodwinked into investing in China (with his fund), that they should be "leary" about investing in China. WTF????
