I have written to Apple Product Feedback twice, several months apart. I reported a bug. The Digital Time complication is not updated in Always On mode. Then an update came out and the problem persisted.

My apple watch series 7 is showing watch OS 10.6.1 is up to date and not showing the watch OS 11, I tried restarting my phone and watch, re-pairing it, still doesn't show the watch OS 11 update, any idea why?

What I want to know is how to remove scribble as an option after the update to my series 9. Now the bottom right speech to text button keeps prompting me to choose between keyboard, scribble and microphone, but I never want to use scribble, that’s why I bought a series9, and I hate having to constantly press twice when switching between speaking my messages and editing it with the keyboard.
