Touchscreen issue was actually the screen recognizing a tap as a long press and freezing the screen until the task was over !! usually 2-3sec delay

I am Overly phobic possibly on bug and crash issues and iOS 15.7.1 on my iPhone XS Max has run so smoothly I’ve never changed it. Considering going to 18 but I don’t know that I’ve seen enough yet to know that it will run on my phone smoothly should I wait for 18.1 or what is your guys advice?

Fr everything running smoothly on my iPad 10 Gen iOS 18.0.1 and iPhone 11 no issues at all really I do iOS 18.1 or iOS 18.0.2 comes out soon 😊😊

My old XR and my Ipad 9 keep crashing with Geekbench even with 18.01. So far, I’m stii unable to complete one single Geekbench test even after multiple tries.
