In islam they say
When the end and the day of judgement is near the time will start going by faster the days will get shorter
And specifically when the sun will rise from West instead of east that day would be the day of judgment....
So this theory is very scary as a Muslim and also the fact that we are moving towards this theory becoming reality really fast

As a muslim, this really hits hard as Allah said in Quran 1400 years ago that on the day of judgement, sun will rise from the west, everyone on earth will die ،the earth will be destroyed. Now I can see its totally scientific and true and all it takes s just earth rotating in the other direction. The earth is technically spinning slowly. In linear speeds, it seems fast, but when you actually use rotational speeds, you get 0.000694 rotations per minute. It’s just the fact that the earth is huge that makes it seem so fast in linear speeds.
