Really enjoy the unifi updates maybe how the phone can be in light or dark mode they need to do a system one where they can be set from the web page and change all phones at the same time

Have you ever heard something about UniFi Smoke Detection? I’ve found a Smart Detection under the Global Video Record Settings called “Smoke/CO”. Maybe they are planning a new Device?

My UDMP se port 1 died. RMA was accepted but they want me to ship the device back first and are refusing advanced RMA. Pretty frustrating for a "enterprise" device. They also want it shipped back to USA at my cost even when it was purchased from Canadian store.

UID is a paid service fwiw; they dropped the 50 users down to 5 users; (from the beta or EA offerings). and they instead give unlimited door management

I guess follow the money, there are more use cases for UID for users versus than for doors. And they'll stand to make more money by offering less users. I don't think I've seen any video of yours related to the UID changes?? Or maybe I missed that one. I'm sure I must have.
