The Governor is my favorite villain. Not only because he’s among my favorite characters to watch -thanks to his actor- but because he has what I believe is the biggest impact on the survivors than any other character.

The guy tore down what could’ve not only been a safe haven, but a place to live. The slightest sliver of a chance at getting their lives back, even during the apocalypse, cut down by the Gov’s greed. He also assaulted Maggie and killed Andrea, Merle, and Hershel; each events that effected characters personally. (I really wish Gleen got his ones in with the Governor)

The Governor is also one of the few people I know who can be holding a pistol while standing beside several men armed with machine guns, and somehow manage to be the most menacing and threatening.
