What Does Physiotherapy Mean to Me? | National Physiotherapy Month 2020
Показать описание
Physiotherapists and Canadians from the community come together in this video (virtually of course) to answer 5 questions about Physiotherapy.
Physiotherapy is a multifaceted and dynamic profession, with practitioners and patients spread through countless communities across our great country of Canada. We were fortunate enough to have some great responses from individuals who were very generous with their time for this project.
The amazing clinicians and Canadians in this video answer 5 questions:
1. What does Physiotherapy mean to me? 0:49
2. What would a child wear to dress up as a Physiotherapist for Halloween? 3:20
3. What makes a "good" Physiotherapist? 5:20
4. When should someone see a Physiotherapist? 7:49
5. What part of Physiotherapy are you most excited to see grow? 9:53

Daniel: Daniel Sedran on LinkedIn
Brittany: @wellnesswithbrittp
Kyle: @propelphysiotherapy
Sarah: @physiosarah_

Darryl: @familyphysiotherapy
Amanda: @amandaphysio
In this project, we asked some of our Physiotherapy colleagues, as well as some proud supporters of the profession to answer the 5 questions listed above and share their answers with us via video. We could not have been more excited with the quality and breadth of responses!
Physiotherapy means a lot of different things to different people. It can mean getting back to the things you love, it can mean healing, community, learning more about your body to help you recover, and it can mean someone who's there for you during some of the toughest times in your life.
One of the interesting themes that came up during the filming of this video was despite all the breadth of Physiotherapy as a profession, there were some very strong themes of what makes a good Physiotherapist. If you're interested in seeing what this was, check out the answers to question 3!
New videos go up every Monday, so if you're new around here click the link to subscribe to the channel and turn on notifications so you don't miss anything new!
