Zeena was always my favorite evil person thing because I was always fond of overtly feminine female characters that can snap your neck in an instant if they really wanted to. Also the way she stood up was pretty smooth.

The shot at 0:31, Sega was seriously going all in with this chick's design. They really wanted to sell her whole "Flirt first ask questions later" act. She knows she's hot, but obviously Sonic was unfazed by this and shut her down immediately.
