Another thing you can do if you want to use instruments but can’t afford to pay people to play the parts, by a music library system. Many composers use this to write movie songs, but use live performances instrumentalist on the day of recording. You can literally “play” any instrument. And once u make some real money if you want re-record the album using real instruments.

When i was younger i thought it was the music business now that im older i realize its the music " BUSINESS " ...
Im not doing nothing for free unless its benefits me in some way.. I look at it like this as Producer / engineer / studio owner im already invested .. I already invested $10, 000s .. It didn't cost the singer or rapper not 1 quarter to write that song or rap... It probably have taken me longer to make the beat and it actually cost me money to make that beat and to copywrite the beat... Then i got record and mix the song too.. I gotta at least get a few dollars for the best not much we most likely know the artist financial situation .. But if they can afford $20 on that bag of sour they getting ready to smoke .. They can afford to give me something for the beat.. And i gotta get paid for my recording time.. Now if the person gonna actually push the song and do something with it. I will mix it for free.. But if he only gonna play it in his car .. He gotta pay me for a mixdown..
And if people find out you doing stuff for free its gonna be hard to get others to pay you...
