im a relativist in the sense that i belive that there is no absolute good or bad. that doesn't change the fact that the western definitions of what is good and what is bad have granted the people living under western culture the best living conditions known to human kind.

The compression or gate on the audio is cutting into words maybe try a shorter atk and longer release if its bringing the levels up or just make the gain set on it less significant significantly.. or... sounds like its might be a noise gate with a hold set long that kicks in really fast and threshold set to close to the vocal levels, I dunno its something with the dynamics :) . Agree with you to an extent.  You misrepresent science and don't need to play the religion card, though.  Secular Western values are just as relevant, applicable and appropriate as the Judao-Christian values you promote.  Bringing religion in weakens the argument, but I understand the reasons for doing so.  While I am not religious I do agree with the basic tenants of the Christian faith.

Alright so the relativist begins with a subjective truth . Something we all naturally have in common. For the sake of objective relativism ( truth) the relativist begins to investigate the common denominators between the relativist and non relativist to essentially make his case for objective relativism. Whst they have in common anx what they don't have in common may indeed prove they're the same in most cases. Objectively they have more in common not less. E.G. In laws who don't get along with a spouse simply because they're jealous of each other. The objective is their love and defense of the emotional investment in the wife. People who don't like each other are more alike than different. Same can be said for hate, and love. Hence, Conceptual relativism where the criteria usually involves all the common denominators to make a case for the relativist on a specific set of values for context E.G Relationships , the in laws, the husband, and ultimately the wife. Context is Jealousy. ( over protection) to impress upon the wife .
