If government decides to increase salary for NHS, same percentage hike must be given for all jobs.

Salary hike in NHS alone is not recommendable.

Pay nhs nurses direct and properly( hospital employed) not nusing agency then staff won't leave to join agency as they take most of the money. and those who owns and governs these agencies making huge profits

Nurses will not strike unless they are like parliamentary Mps or energy food and oil consortiums! Because nurses actually care! This is their proffesion not vultures like the other parties hence with
