Taichi inner power exercise.
1. Relax your whole body.
2. Push your hips.
3. Push your spine.
4. Power is transferred to the palm.
The inner power of Tai chi comes from two sources:
1. Twist the hip joint, the force is transmitted downward through the legs to the ground, and the ground will have a counterforce transmitted upward from the legs to the hips, spine, shoulders and hands.
2. Through basic training, the spine is soft and flexible, just like a bow. Elasticity is generated through the expansion and contraction of the spine joints, and the force is transferred to the shoulders and hands.
