This is how I farm. Just a tip, in case your game crashes, make sure your on a public team. When rebooting, it will give you the option to rejoin you team so you will be on the same server you did all the work to farm on. This also works on private servers as a solo player even if no one else is on it.

Works great on private servers. On public servers? Not so much...I hate pvp.
