How a KITEBOARD is made!?

In this video I go behind the scenes at the Duotone Kiteboarding production facility in Austria. The Capita Mothership factory is a state of the art production facility that specialises in Snowboards and bring that technology into making our kiteboards. I have been riding, developing and making boards myself for years as well as helping Duotone develop some of its iconic twin-tips that are on the market today. Namely the Gambler. However a lot of R&D, testing and refinement goes into each and every one of the products that is made. So to be able to get unrestricted access to the factory was super interesting... here is the video that I shot alongside Dan Knight during our two day visit.

It is amazing to see the implementation of the latest non-toxic resins and power drawn from the near by river. All rapid reaction responses to the impending need to be more 'climate efficient' within the production line. Head over to the Duotone Kiteboarding YouTube channel and subscribe to the #teamtalk playlist for my series behind the team and brand.

Great vid! Wondering what material the graphics is printed onto using the screen printing process. Is it a small weave fibre glass or some other kind of epoxy sheeting?
