If you own a Chinese scooter. I highly recommend changing all the fluids at 100 miles. Also replace the vacuum and fuel line with helix line. We have them on our web site. O ya one more thing. Replace the spark plug with a NGK plug.

Royal purple is a great synthetic oil.

My Chinese 300cc scooter calls for gl3 what should I use 80 90

I've heard a professional techs say not to overfill it. To put about 4 oz in. It makes sense cuz if the fluid has nowhere to go and It'll force its way out somewhere else. But then again the way you did I guess in a way allows it to level out. I have a genuine brand Japanese Yamaha Riva jog 50. A damn good quality scooter. Is this method just for these Chinese bikes or does this really work for all differentials? I just want to be careful not to overfill mine if it's a specific amount

Hey I got a 2022 Vitacci clash 200 and I'm changing the gear oil and it ask for 80w-90 with API rating GL-3 but can't find anywhere.
Can I use Valvoline High performance 80w-90 with API rating GL-4?

Don’t use teflon tape, because it can end up in the oil.
Better use a gasket (like a washer).

Is syn. Gear lube to slippery for Chinese bearings? Should I stick with dino 90 w.t. Lighter 30 w.t. motor oil?
