Kira was way too harsh towards Kalani at the beginning of this video. I’m all for disciplining, but Kalani did nothing WRONG here, she was UNDERSTANDABLY BEING A TIRED 12 YEAR OLD! I didn’t see a “brat” at all, so there was no reason for Kira to lash out at Kalani the way she did here. The fact that she kept yelling at Kalani even though her own daughter was on the verge of tears, was non-constructive and *_unnecessary..._* It felt like a random stranger was angrily criticising a young girl, expecting said young girl to be at a professional level already, even though she was only 12 years old here. Kira was yelling at Kalani like how she would fight other moms on these messy children dance shows... 🙄

to anyone saying Kalani should've just said "OK", she did at the beginning when Kira was assuming that she was tired. After she said that she was ("okay, yes mom"), Kira kept pushing the subject and yeah that lead to her giving 'attitude'. Not to say that she doesn't give her mom attitude at all because she was a child, a human child with emotions and all that so of course she's not perfect

I can relate to this so much! My gosh! Sometimes when you’re just tired or are trying to work on something and your mom is just butting in stating the obvious and judging you it makes you really mad. Honestly, her mom was being a brat.
