YourPC/MAC should always be at max volume because your pc/Mac degrades the audio quality to lower the volume. Always use volume on the speakers for best sound quality.

Been a week and Creative tech support still hasn't answered my email. Speakers refuse to show up at all on the list of devices. I've tried uninstalling all audio devices then restarting, trying multiple USB ports I know work (i.e. keyboard/mouse), updated all drivers, and still they don't show up in Sound Devices section. The green light is on so I know it's getting power. All my USB ports are the standard 3.0. Do I need an adapter maybe? I'm just gutted. Was so excited at the reviews and waited weeks to get delivered (was delayed 2x) and now they sit here like paperweights.
EDIT: Using Windows 10 PC and have the standard Pebble 2.0

DO NOT BUY THESE. they don't work they are just paperweights. Does not work on my PC or my laptop. I tried everything, reinstalling audio driver, different power sources, different USB ports, different audio jack ports. Nothing. These things are junk.
