I am so hungry now. I grow my own oregano and would grind it with the mortar and put it in the sauce. Also, I would have roasted two whole bulbs of garlic. One whole one for the balls the other for the sandwich roll. Great video!

Fresh Homemade meatballs is the way to go every time. Make extra and freeze like you said. But then just for me the light bulb went off while watching this video. Wife has been talking about pizza ovens for 2 months. I totally ignored her. But I researched them every chance I got, watched a lot of videos and read hundreds of reviews. I settled on the right one I think. It will be one of her Christmas gifts. So I am thinking do the meatballs on my Blackstone, then put with sauce. Then take a sub roll with a little butter put in that pizza oven for about 30 seconds, take out add the meatballs and sauce topped with cheeses you like then put back in that pizza oven for about 60 seconds max as they get up to 900 plus degrees. I cannot wait to see the end result of that one. Never eat to live, but always live to eat. Great Job.

Really like that cheese on the bread idea. That’s always my pet peeve with meatball subs is soggy bread. Another awesome video man, your videos have really helped me enjoy my cuisinart 360!

Roasted garlic is a key ingredient! Especially with the butter on the roll. That meatball sub was….money! I really think you guys should do a live show. I think that would be awesome! Cheers brother!

I am Italian & just made 184 meatballs for my granddaughters wedding shower. This recipe looks good but mine is very different. I made these meatballs with ground Turkey & they were fantastic!

Not a thing I would change about that sandwich! I used to make my meatballs flattened or even oblong patty shape. But round really is better, juicier. Roasted garlic is a Must! Thanks for another great one.

Ahhh, you’re killin me!!! 11:48 pm, sitting in my truck, waiting to load, 4 hours from home and I watch this!!! That looked good!!! Put one in a FedEx envelope and put in on a FedEx plane to Toronto and they can put it on my truck!! Direct flight from MEM to YYZ!!Lol!!
