Number 3 is pretty true.Their ai only do this because its maybe the shortest route to their destination.

You can enjoy the game without mods, it’s certainly hard but the dlc’s do a great job already

Hate how cities skyline lack more vanilla game features so it has to be blended in with dlcs or mods

My main hate: all base game stuff looks too American or like plastic Barbie houses in case of commercial buildings. If you want to have a city that is somewhat realistically looking and non American you need a ton of mods. And since the base game already needs quite a lot of RAM it gets more and more difficult

Almost all those things come to "needs mods to be playable"

Hopefully Cities Skylines 2 fixes these issues

There's a lot of workarounds or alternatives without mods for most of these problems, just having the mass transit dlc will allow you to do better highways with good lane mathematics, if the drivers are all cutting like that it's because you built the junction in a way that they need to cut across 3 lanes to take a major route

City skylines developers got mad and proceeded to add all the things this guy hated that there weren't in CS1

As a console player. Vanilla isn't actually that bad. You might need like one or two dlc's, but I do wish I could have access to downloading mods like tmpe or move it mod

CS1 really just needs mixed zoning and pedestrian only roads. I play vanilla and only have ever had issues with industry traffic at times cuz there’s hardly any personal vehicles in my cities

You know it's bad when almost everyone saying cities skylines is a game that needs mods, I play on ps4 and I would say dlcs do my fine until I get bored

Most of these issues were fixed in Cities Skylines 2. However some new appeared
