In Pucci's universe, everyone who died during MiH's reset didn't have their souls carry over, so they're replaced with similar looking people but different souls, as portrayed by Jolyne and Jotaro looking physically different and have different motifs (Jotaro's misshapen stars on his outfit and Jolyne having wasp motifs instead of a butterfly).

In the Irene universe, their souls are back, but they've been given better lives. So you have different people (Irene, Anakiss, Eldis, etc.) but they have their original souls back (as shown by Irene having the Joestar birthmark).

I love the detail of them looking like strange versions of the OG characters. Sells the idea of the nightmare Emporio is currently in. Something real nasty about seeing wasps instead of butterflies, the distorted star, both of their faces, it’s all like a bad dream.

Honestly their design still look pretty good. In the manga they look like a bunch of douchebag background character but here they really look like they could be part of the main cast.

And Jotaro actually look like a middle age man so that a plus.

I know this timeline got undone, but damn do I feel bad for Faketaro here. This one can't hide his pain nearly as much as the real one

Some little differences on these Kujos…
-Jolyne’s butterfly tattoo on her arm and on her chest are now wasps
-She has four hair buns instead of two
-The heart and butterfly on her chest is now a spade and wasp
-Her belt is slightly different; instead of saying Jo it’s now just two holes…
-The hair at the side of her face has a small ponytail(seen at 0:28)
-Jotaro doesn’t have the hand pin on his hat
-He also doesn’t have the hook chain on his left shoulder
-And the star on his hat looks thinner
-Of course their features are different; Jolyne has sharper eyelines and thinner eyebrows and Jotaro just looks…. wrong
