After their breakup, the defendant said she'd return the ring and iPhone but never did, so the plaintiff is suing. The defendant insists the plaintiff gave her all sorts of gifts during their relationship. The defendant believes the plaintiff is just mad that they broke up. The defendant is countersuing for the deposit on the ring and defamation.

defendants is so messed up. Being bisexual doesn't mean that you're polyamorous or that you want an open relationship or that you're a cheater. All it means is that you are interested in men and women, but that does not mean that you can't be with one man or one woman at a time.

One may call it elitist, but I will never date someone who doesn’t have a job, a phone, or housing. These are basic necessities to function in today’s society and your life is such a mess you can’t even get that together? Hard pass.
