So when thinking about a black hole that the contents stay satic they don't go to another location somewhere in the universe.With the immense gravity of a black hole would produce a wormhole to another place and time in space but that doesn't happen

Why would you want a wormhole to be open, so for that to happen there would have to be a new hold and a put together of everything learned at cern.

So manipulation of space time is possible but what would people be doing to want to go somewhere so far away.So it's not a travel experience and there is enough stuff here and stability that we and they that could do such things here wouldn't pursue such great distances.
