How To Sew A Cube

This is such a fun project to practice some precision sewing skills. All you need is 6 square pieces of fabric - then stitch them together following the video using a 1/4" seam allowance, but leave a 1/4" before and after the stitches start (at each corner). You will do that for all sides of the cube.

HAPPY SEWING! :)

Hello friends! I have decided to reopen my Etsy store - Scrappy Stitch! I sew and hand embroider - check out my shop! I also decided to document my journey along the way with this vlog. Feel free to follow along!

Thank you so much for this excellent tutorial... my cube turned out great, and the method of skipping the 1/4' was so helpful! 🙂

Thank you for this video. I'm making cube poofs and needed clarification on how to sew them together. All the other poof videos skipped the sewing part and went from cutting pieces to being sewn together without showing how it's done. Glad I found this one!

Thank you for your cube tutorial. Thank you for your important tip of the 1/4” unsewn seam stitches at the start and end of each corner. However, I’ve seen some tutors sew the 4 sides of the cube to form a square then sew the top & bottom sides skipping the 1/4 “ unsewn stitches. Would this method be easier or tricky with the corners?

Thanks, was having trouble making these! Of course, it would be easier if I cut the pieces rather than others that are NOT accurate! 😅
