The lasso is nearly unbreakable, and she uses it to attack, restrain, or pull her opponents towards her, like Scorpion, from Mortal Combat, as well as using it to deflect incoming attacks, grab falling civilians, to rescue them, and otherwise use it like a rope, or lariat. The truth forcing ability is just a useful tool for interrogating criminals.
