Hair dryer and a some patience, liner lock.
Works every time.

Have you used this? Im old school and with out seeing it first hand i think would be a lil bit worried of a rip unless you put a lil heat to it, say for a older liner. Too old i would say get a new liner.

Glue is not a long term solution - the liner should really be replaced if it is rough shape. The only other option would be to use a heat weld on site to add new liner material, similar to how it is done in the manufacturing facility but with a hand held heat gun.
