Damn, I'm OBSESSED with this lineup and production... Putting the drama aside, we had a STELLAR cast of this year's Eurovision. Every second or third country here has a banger. Every performance here is so distinctive in color and atmosphere, the production they had is utterly amazing. Such a shame the whole thing was tainted by scandals and unnecessary disqualifications

It would have been interesting if you had included an explanation of why certain songs went up or down in your rankings, especially if it was a huge change.

For example, Finland and Estonia have gone up significantly for me because the songs are catchy, I replay them often and they make me smile. Switzerland and Portugal dropped because I don’t re-listen to those songs, even as I acknowledge they are well crafted songs.

What would of been good is to compare where you placed them before, like if you put something as 5th last time and this time its 8th, if you get my drift? and maybe compare it to the actual results of the show

My list (strong year :) ):
1. Italy (my favorite of the year, perfect art)
2. Estonia (the funniest song)
3. Ukraine (just magnificent)
4. Slovenia (the best ballad with ethnic elements)
5. Austria (the catchiest rhythm)
6. Croatia ( not all words you can hear correctly, wonderful and the best energy)
7. Lithuania (catchy, but too simple)
8. Ireland (the best show, not all part of the song I liked)
9. Spain (a little vulgar, but catchy and with meaning)
10. Belgium (loved the song, even performance struggled)

11. Netherlands (catchy, but Europe is not only West and Poland)
12. Greece (the most original song, even not my cup of tea)
13. Finland (funny and catchy)
14. San Marino (great performance)
15. Latvia (so sincere and emotional, one of the best vocals)
16. Norway (wasn't so great in a big arena, but still great)
17. Luxembourg (loved languages mix)
18. Malta (great performance, weak lyrics)
19. Cyprus (liked the energy)
20. Israel (political, but song aside was good)
21. Australia (a little repetitive, not the best performance, but loved ethnic elements and main vocal)
22. Poland (generic, weak vocal)
23. United Kingdom (too vulgar, average song, great performance concept but cost a good sounding)
24. Czechia (fantastic performance for the average song)
25. Germany (some moments annoying, but great message)
26. Sweden (generic, cheese:))

27. Armenia (too short and too cheesy lyrics, loved energy)
28. Switzerland (didn't connect with a song)
29. Azerbaijan (wanted something more)
30. Georgia (generic song with unclear words, great performance)
31. Portugal (shouty, didn't catch performance meaning)
32. Serbia (just was better songs, good a little repetitive ballad)
33. Iceland (too average)
34. Albania (doesn't sound well in English and lost all Albanian charm)
35. Moldova (boring, don't like performance concept changes, because became too sweet)
36. France (boring and just too much typical French love song with Paris/Eiffel shadow somewhere), still performance was perfect
37. Denmark (the most annoying and repetitive song; vocal good but too much relies on self recording)
