Rich people are CRAZY. I was briefly married into a rich family and they were so psychologically abusive to one another - and me. The only reason they attempted to tolerate one another is - you guessed it - $$$. Everything was always about money and power. Money and greed seems to make people lose their humanity. I'm so glad I got out of there.

The fact that Armand had so much power and fame even after he abandoned his wife and child, was involved in watergate says a lot about how our society is so lenient with rich white men. He literally got away with everything.

I'm so glad his second wife left and I feel so bad for Glenn! The fact that Armand forced her to stay in an abusive marriage and she couldn't get any legal help or protection from her abuser because of his wealth is so devastating and shows how messed up and corrupted the system was in the 60's and probably still is.

Casey is so brave for speaking up about this. I know how hard it is to come forward for victims of sexual abus, especially when it was at the hands of your own father. She is a badass for exposing her family!
Her story is so heartbreaking. The violence she had to witness and a child and the abuse she endured is unthinkable. And the fact that the married men in the family were always bringing women home, not hiding their infidelity and the psychological hold they had over their wives...What a traumatizing environment for children.

It seems like men in power have always been corrupted and got away with being abusers. People are always willing to give them a pass for being unfaithful to their wives or for abandoning their families. These toxic cycles need to end. Their behavior shouldn't have been accepted or normal ever.

I'm so glad people are finally speaking up about them!

It makes me wonder what goes on behind closed doors in other rich and powerful families.

And all of Armie's allegations are true. The women who came forward had screenshots of texts he's sent them, and one of them had photographic evidence that he beat her and branded her. He needs to be locked up.

I'm just glad their being exposed, so this family's reign of terror can finally end.
