Big alarm for India as China is setting up regular survey spots in the Indian Ocean. The Chinese Natural Science Foundation has 'identified' 33 spots for structuralizing the marine survey data. Two of these spots are in the Indian Ocean region, and eight are in the South China Sea. This is the first time China has announced 'fixed spots' for its 'spy' vessels' survey.
