1. Don't put time frame(it's not a 1 min)
2. Let everything that comes free take it.
Example:
If pt says embarrassed:
Don't start consulting initially by saying don't be embarrassed. At that time Just Back foot- nodding, active listening, little bit of pause and silence.

***But***
If you feel like nothing else will be coming from the patient.
Acknowledge the pt and then say let's see what we can do further.
