Paco thinks he controlled everyone's destiny, but it was Miklo who stopped Paco from shooting Spider. That IMO had a bigger impact on everyone than Paco making Miklo go after spider in the first place. Miklo saved Paco's life.

you know this has so much meaning to me because back in the day I remember three little carnales filled with carnalismo used to be together all day every day same way in the movie I remember every day was a struggle and fight for survival from gang fights to getting jumped to getting shot at almost getting stabbed in a rumble but thru thick and thin me and my two cousins stuck together never letting each other down and fighting because love and being blood is all we had and its crazy how things turned out because I remember being the tougher of us three and the ironic part is the exact same thing happened to us we fucked we got in a gang fight someone got stabbed my cousin got pinned for it and is now doing 40 to life and my other cousin started using drugs till this day I haven't seen him and luckily I changed my ways by the time I was 16 and 15 years later I've been thru it all from joining the marines in 06-10 and now being a pinche juda lol I still find myself reminiscing those days and thinking what we could a been if we handent fought that one day and got out of the gang so much feelings go thru me when I see this movie still miss my cousins
