Thank you so much! I need this calculator for my pre-calc course and now I finally know how to use it.

This is awesome, thanks so much for putting it up. Google led me to this video after a 'how do graph x=4 on the ti-84 plus CE' search.

thank you so much! with covid there’s only so much my teacher could help me with through a zoom call, your videos are the best!

They should really teach people how to use this stuff in school, because that's when you get a graphing calculator and really the main time you need one

Such a helpful video! Thanks so much. My mathsteacher doesn’t explain anything, so I’m happy there was a good video on yt.

Your Videos are very helpful, I've got the exact red calculator. I'm trying to figure out how to graph an inequality

Daisy: Do you get ERR:DIM? If so, please watch the troubleshooting part of the video.

after I went to Y= and confirmed that I was in function mode, entered the X to have Y=X and hit graph, I got the blue slanting line. You hit trace and got a flashing curser, but when I hit trace, I got no flashing curser. what do I need to check? this is a new calculator and I don't think that I did anything to it.

So I was given 2 points wich I know how to graph and I graphed them but I need to find the coordinate that is 2/5 of the line how do I do that?

Great! How do I find the max/min etc on the graph? When I go to true function and press enter, nothing happens

Using Ti-84 Plus C Silver Edition: I entered the 3 equations on Y= screen and graphed them all at once, then entered Transformations Graphing app. Pressed Graph button - it graphed only one line as expected. Then I quit Transformation Graphing (double-checked that it is not running). Pressing Graph still plots only one of the 3 equations. Then I "edit" the second equation by replacing X with X. Pressing Graph now plots only 2 equations. Then I "edit" the third equation by replacing X with X. Pressing Graph now plots all 3 equations! Now, I start and quit Transformation again. Only one graph plots again. I add one more equation. Now only two equations plot - the first and the one I just entered! After I "edit" the remaining equations one after another (replacing X with X) they plot as well - as soon as the equation was "edited" its plot appears on Graph. Therefore, starting and quitting Transformation Graphing app somehow leaves the calculator in undesirable state that requires user to manually "edit" or "re-enter" all the equations except one before they can be plotted. This appears to be a bug - either in the operating system or in the Transformation Graphing app. Does it behave the same on TI-84 Plus CE?

THANK YOU. I've been looking everywhere because I didn't know how to turn my T key into an X. apparently I wasn't in function mode.
