"Still wasted from yesterday's lunch" 😂 I gotta figure out what you all drink in Israel! Cool to see how genuine you want to be as a mentor, and I agree completely on the meeting deadlines. As a junior designer myself, the whole "I'm a perfectionist" response is just another way of saying, "hey I feel like my design chops aren't the best right now but I KNOW I can produce something amazing with enough time." But integrity with deadlines is so important for growth as you point out. Stoked for your team, man!

Being on deadline: It's more important to deliver good work. Know your limitations, schedule your progress and keep communicating with the client. If you don't think you're going to deliver on time with what is expected of you then you should let them know that, then reschedule the meeting (or the delivery date).

RAN! Ever built a customer support chat kinda feature for a website on webflow? If you have, can you please elaborate on the procedure?

Awesome Videos you got there! Is there a video of you about how you work with clients & webflow? How do you charge your clients? Is it a monthly fee? Or just a one time payment? Would love to hear how you work :)

Well, this might be the first time, I don't agree with you. Even tho, I'm not a professional designer, I always focus on quality rather than scheudle. This way, I'm always proud of my work.

Hey Ran I really enjoy watching you I only discovered you in the last week. Your video production is ace way to go. I find it interesting how you choose your junior designer if she only completed such a short course what had she done to stand out to you? Oh course I would love an offer like the one you offered, congratulations to you both and I hope you have a great time working together. I am currently in my degree year with Digital Skills Academy in Ireland doing Digital Technology and Design, its a Top up year working on team projects remotely in a cross functional team is a big part of the course. I am finding that there are so much tools and theory to learn and also we have to choose our one tools to build mockups and wireframes on obviously the budget is low as I am a student. So I tried balsmaiq and proto.io now I am going to start try invision to build a high fidelity prototype of a mobile app, but with all these tools and features on invision and other tools on the market sometimes its like where to start. What tutorials to watch and what tools to stick to. Any advice or recommendations? I feel I am at the tip of the ice berg nd hope to soon build my own site set up my own portfolio and skills sets everything takes time to learn and its also about finding a balance of what toold and programming languages I will specialise in

If you don't mind, please make a video on this confusing issue:

Currently I am working on a brand identity. I have to decide which color to use but I can't understand how the systems work. I read previous posts here and also searched the internet but still I have questions.

So I have an RGB color that I like and a CMYK that is vary dull and not similar at all. Should I:

1.Find a Pantone color and set this as my color, and believe that RGB and CMYK will appear the same.

2.Keep the RGB I like and find a CMYK and a Pantone I like and set these to colors (it doesn't matter that they are not listed as analogous if the eyes see them as analogous).

3.Choose a Pantone, then an RGB and CMYK depending how the eye sees it and not depending on the numbers.

4.Keep the RGB and change it into CMYK no matter how it looks.

In short: what are the steps for choosing a color (company uses both printed and digital material)?
