Gotta say... I disagree with both of these points... and I'm not Tesla fan boy. I've been driving for over 40 years and love my ICE cars and motorcycles and will always have some around. I bought my Model 3 Long Range AWD - my first EV... first Tesla - just a few months ago - and I absolutely love it. I don't plan to EVER go back to an ICE vehicle for my daily driver.

Turn signal buttons: I guess this is just a personal preference thing. It took me less than a week to become comfortable with them - and now I honestly PREFER them to a stalk. When I drive my wife's car, I actually miss having them. I do not find it necessary to look for/at them when using them because there is a prominent raised line between them... all you have to do is feel for that first and then move your thumb up for a right turn or down for a left (the same directions you would use with a stalk). I have now put over 3500 miles on my car in roughly three months and using them is now completely intuitive. It's just not a big deal... not even on RoUnDaBoUtS that so many people love to rant about (and yes, we have them here... they're just not a problem). That said... if the buttons are SUCH a hardship for anyone, fear not... the aftermarket has stepped up to make a buck - and you CAN add stalks to you Model 3 Highland if you so desire. Tesla will not be bringing them back though... you can take that to the bank. They were never on the Cybertruck, they disappeared from the updated Model S and Model 3 and I fully expect them to disappear from the updated Model Y when it drops very soon - and also from the Model X if/when they update it.

Charging/Road Trips: My car has a quoted 341-mile range, but let's just say for the sake of argument that it's realistically closer to 300. After driving 300 miles (roughly 4.5 - 6 six hours of driving depending on traffic), I NEED more than a 5-minute break to fill my gas tank before SAFELY continuing to drive. I've reached a "certain age" where I have to stop more frequently for bio-breaks anyway. So... it's just not a problem at all for me to drive my car long distances. I Know yours has less range than mine and you're also younger than me, so I can see how it might be more of an inconvenience for you. Another point is that it's been proven that it's quicker to stop more frequently and do partial charges for less time than to go as far as you possibly can and then charge all the way back up to 100% - mainly because charging slows down once you get over about 85% charge - and WAY down as you approach 100%. The best analogy I've seen is that the electrons have to find a spot to be stored in the battery pack... and it's like trying to find a parking space in an empty parking lot vs a full one. The fuller the battery is, the longer it takes those inbound electrons to be stored. So... you'll actually reach your destination sooner (and I'd argue more safely) if you stop more frequently and charge for 10-20 minutes than less frequently and charge for 40+ minutes. Finally - as to your complaint about getting to a charging station only to find all the chargers occupied, Tesla's excellent Route Planner software will tell you that ahead of time as you approach the chargers. You will know how many chargers are free - or how long you might expect to have to wait for one - and if it knows that they will all be in use with long waits by the time you get there, it will route you to a different station (if possible given your remaining range). If not (and this is probably going to become a bigger problem as other manufacturers are allowed to use Tesla Superchargers), then yes, you might have to wait. You really should try a long trip in yours as an experiment just to see how good or bad it is. I think that would make for a real interesting video.

Tesla should've put the right turn signal button on the right side of the steering wheel.

Just a little guess here is that if one does one or two 1000 miles trips a month then a Tesla or any EV may not the the optimum choice.. I agree that the left button should be on the left and the right be on the right. That seems more intuitive.

Not sure you drive enough to get used to the lack of a turn signal stalk. If you are like me and only drive a Teslas not a big deal but you drive so many vehicles it could be legitimately confusing for you. You would not be a fan but the full self driving has really improved in the last couple of months. Had mine just over 9 months and I’ll be doing my 3rd tire rotation in the next few weeks, Tesla recommends every 7, 000 miles for that.

Seriously? All this over a turn signal stalk!!!

They are positioned in a way of where you turn the wheel, i.e.: If you gonna turn the wheel to the left, it is the lower one. It is actually way better, with levers you need to move your hand before turning to push the lever, here your hand can be pushing the indicator, no other movement needed
