Leaking at power steering pump, replace two o-rings at the pump, problem solved

When the power steering is completely low like this the engine will make a whining sound when reving and idle

If you're still having this issue, right now at Advance Auto Parts a 1 Quart bottle of Fram honda power steering fluid is on sale for 6.99 (out of 14.99), I went ahead and bought 6 bottles as I won't have access to a mechanic for a little while

Pro tip you can check from the outside or if you are low the car will make a very obvious PS sound
