STORY:
Ichica Arisawa (Ai Mikami) enrolls in an ultra-elite all-girls high school attended by daughters from distinguished families. She faces a tough life with her mother, Chihiro (Yoh Yoshida), who struggles to cover the tuition needed to ensure her daughter will have a bright future. At the start of Ichica’s second year there, the school merges with a boys’ school to become the co-ed institution Asuran Academy. The students are excited at first, but a new school rule banning romantic relationships between boys and girls is imposed, with the harsh penalty of expulsion for those caught engaging in sexual activity.
The student council quickly initiates patrols nicknamed “Rabbit Hunting” around love hotels, leading to a rash of expulsions, including Ichica’s close friend. Ichica, hoping to help ease her mother's massive burden of debt from divorce, secretly begins working as the “Love Keeper,” accepting money from schoolmates who violate the rule in exchange for destroying incriminating photos. The students have all but given up on love, but the appearance of this anonymous savior complicates their romantic entanglements. Although Ichica is initially uninterested in romance, she finds herself moved by the sincerity of her peers’ emotions and begins to develop feelings for fellow student Ryogo Maki (Ryubi Miyase).
Eventually, after a certain incident, Ichica resolves to sue the school and demand that the ban on romance be lifted.
